With the basement remodel in full swing, I've been trying to convince myself to throw out old stuff that I just do not need to store down there. But my magazines... nope. I can't throw them out. What if I need to go back to that issue of Dwell from 2001? The May/June 1997 issue of Wallpaper is partially to blame for my Scandinavian furniture obsession. I fell in love with everything in this featured Stockholm home. I needed this furniture and pottery. I can remember thinking back then how amazing it would be if I could EVER live in a place like this. Oh Swedish flat, you still look so good to me. Even after all these years...
I ended up getting my bangs cut back in '97 after looking at all the cute models with their bangs. A highly influential issue in so many ways.
john has boxes and boxes of wallpaper mags and I would get sooo mad at him every time we would move. That's funny that you have all of them too.
