This is the view from inside the garage if you look out the oldest and crappiest window.
Ok. I went a little nuts this weekend buying more flowers at super bargain prices. I got these orange flowers (Portulaca oleracea...aka Purslane) at the Home Depot for $4 (they were sold as hanging baskets - all dry and unloved out in their hot parking lot garden center area) and I did buy two. No, make that I did SAVE two from a hot blacktop death. And I bought two more of those good plastic orange pots they sell for $19. The flowers in the background came from Alsip's. They have a $1.97 table and you cannot even see all the flowers/plants in this pic that I bought there today. I had some cute little pots stored away in the garage and now I have filled them all up.
