I plant new things every year. And I plant the same things every year. I think I have moved every perennial to a new location at least once or twice. What seems like the perfect spot one year doesn't seem quite right the next. I've almost got everything just where I want it...almost. One year I experimented with bulbs that were all for flowers hardy to zones 7+. I knew I would have to dig them up in Novemeber or just enjoy them for that one summer. They were beautiful! But I realised I was more of an instant gratification type of gal and fancy annuals are more my speed. This is just a small sampling of flowers and plants and planters that have existed in the yard over the last few years.
