boutonniere

Every year I grow tons of sedum, succulents, grasses, and flambe. This year they will be perfect for some boutonnieres and wedding bouquets I'll be making at the end of September when two of my favorite people tie the knot. Yesterday the bride-to-be and I walked around my yard selecting a few plants and flowers to try out. It took me about 5 minutes to come up with a simple yet beautiful boutonniere. I'll make a few more combinations and let the groom choose the one he likes best. Just talking about what she wants in the bouquets has me so excited!! I cannot wait to do these flowers for her big day!

  1. I can't wait either! You are such a talented designer, and such a good friend. I'm so lucky.
